Welcome to my web site.
I fell in love with photography very young and since my parents were busy raising children and making a living, I became the de facto family photographer, a responsibility I have embraced all my life. Got my first SLR in 1980. But I was mostly recording family events and travel images as snap-shots, and rarely shot in off-program mode.
The Nikon D70 changed all that for me and enabled me to do image experiments easily. Since then, I have been working hard to learn more about getting good images. I have taken 3 RMSP workshops and many on-line courses in the past year. I have loved every minute of it and plan to keep attending photo workshops in interesting places for as long as I can.
Almost all of the images in this portfolio were taken in the last 18 months. I hope you enjoy them. |
